Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Support the Business Development department with Marketing projects, and proposal coordination. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Assist with the preparation of proposals including typing, reproduction, binding, and preparation for Delivery of proposals. - Proof proposal letters, write-ups, exceptions, clarifications and alternates for content and clarity. - Perform additional assignments per Supervisor s direction. - Perform other duties as necessary. Qualifications Educational requirements include: A minimum of two years of college with a Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or Business concentration at an accredited university. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Phone skills. Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of Construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under Construction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
