Job Location: New York City, NY
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Interface with donor and lay leaders. All Administrative functions surrounding event Planning, execution, and followup. Compose correspondence in response to routine inquiries, and select appropriate materials to accompany such correspondence. Receive, read, prioritize, and Route incoming mail and donations to department Staff. Answer telephones, take messages, and screen calls for the campaign Director and SDE. Record minutes at meetings. Schedule appointments and maintain calendar using Microsoft Outlook. Track event and meeting attendance on Access and Excel. Gain proficiency with fundraising system, updating donor information, entering and retrieving Worker packets, and maintaining committee lists and donor profiles. Maintain expense reports. Assemble mailings, including largescale invitations. Maintain Lion of Judah list and pin inventory. Process and maintain Women s Philanthropy Major Gifts reports. Serve as a liaison to other teams, including the Event Management Department. Education, Experience, Required Skills Proficiency in Windows 7, Word 2010, Access, and Excel. Strong verbal and written skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong computer skills ability to create and maintain effective filing system.
