Production Leader

Job Location: Milwaukee, WI

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Assist Maintenance technicians as needed When required, provide other shift supervisors with written and verbal reports regarding unresolved Production problems, as well as positive Production performances Consistently achieve and exceed Production goals Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment required. Minimum of 3 - 5 years of leadership experience is preferred. Prior experience working in a continuous Production process preferred. Ability to problem solve Good mechanical aptitude Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organization skills and attention to detail Demonstrate ability to be self-motivated Possess personable, positive approach to the job PC skills, including experience with MS Word, Excel or equivalent programs.
