Administrative Assistant II
Job Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities include but are not limited to handling telephone inquiries, directing emergency or crisis calls to the appropriate Staff members, coordinating Staff members calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing Office systems for file and records Management, supervising student employees, and providing Administrative/clerical support for the Student Counseling Center and the Alcohol and other Drug Education Center. Qualifications: The position requires good people skills, well-honed oral and written communication abilities, proficiency in Word and Excel, organizational skills, and the ability to work as a member of a team.
