Job Location: San Diego, CA
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Provides support to the Property Manager and Assistant Manager relating to the daily property Operations, monthly Financial reporting, and annual budgeting & year-end reconciliation. - Establish and maintain positive relationships with all property tenants, vendors, contractors and maintain good Customer Service standards. -Administrative duties include: Answers phones, opens and distributes mail, orders supplies, send out correspondence, filing, copying & faxing Maintain service contracts for each property Track and maintain vendor, tenant and owner Insurance for accuracy & expirations Establish and maintain lease and property files Review and code AP invoices Assist in vendor bidding process and prepare bid packages Schedule and coordinate meetings/special events Assist with lease Administration Follow up on status of tenant & vendor projects Receive and dispatch service calls to Engineering Staff w/follow up - Perform other duties and responsibilities outside of the primary support area as required. Qualifications and Experience: Successful candidate will have at least 2 years of Commercial Real Estate/property Management experience Ability to prioritize and adjust in a fast paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong Microsoft Office skills.
