Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Will provide Administrative support in the area of word processing and budget Management. 'Makes inbound and outbound calls. 'Completes expense reports and submits for reimbursement. 'May be responsible for managing database or spreadsheet applications specific to the department. 'Orders supplies and keeps all Office equipment operational. 'May be responsible for maintaining materials and supplies specific to the Operations of the department Administer the labor-hours capture process (Timesheets) for the IT and BI division's approximately 300 resources. 'Process telecom invoices. Review invoices for best plan assignment and accuracy of billing. Alert Financial Analyst and/or Manager to any significant deviations from normal use (ie excessively high use by an employee, or zero-use of phone device). 'Process telecom orders and maintain device and plan records. 'Enter goods receipts into system of record for physical items and services received. 'Process invoices for prompt and accurate payment. 'Scan invoices and manage online document storage. 'Maintain hardware and software Maintenance schedules. Initiate reviews and renewals of Maintenance contracts and update related Contract and Financial records. 'Perform other duties and responsibilities that Management may deem necessary from time to time. Experience: Must have a high school diploma, and 1-3 years of experience. Secondary education or a degree in a business school, trade school or an Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Must possess strong MS Word, Excel and Power Point skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
