Senior Accountant

Job Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Providing daily oversight and control of internal Financial processes Coordinating Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, job progress billings, job cost tracking, and cash flow Management Forecasting, reconciliations, and auditing Ensuring integrity of the organizations underlying Financial data This position will be a key player in partnering with Operations and the regional leadership team. Job Requirements : BS or BA in accounting, Finance or related discipline required 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Construction Industry, with demonstrated understanding of generally accepted accounting principles; CPA and Public Accounting is a plus, but not required Excellent proficiency with excel and access is required; familiarity with Construction accounting software is helpful Self-directed, proactive, and ability to work independently within broad guidelines Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to prioritize and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to build teamwork and cooperation.
