
Program Manager
Job Function:
AGS offers an array of products and services to its customers. The activities associated with managing these products and services across each AGS Dept are common. It is important that these activities are performed consistently, congruent with AGS’ business interests. There are both tactical and strategic components to this function that are both internally and externally focused. While the Sales Directors are externally focused, the role of the Program Manager is to help the Sales Directors manage the internally focused, indirect activities in a manner that will:
· Effectively coordinate the tactical components of the AGS-Customer interface.
· Strategically advance our services offering to bring value to our customer and new revenue streams to AGS.
· Provide a basis for assessing the performance of our business models.
Job Requirements:
· BS degree, MBA preferred.
· 10 years minimum experience with Product/Program management in the technology sector.
· Comprehensive experience with business operations including sales/marketing, business development, product development, manufacturing, P&L management and services.
· Solid understanding of market indicators and trends in the technology sector.
· History of proven multi-tasking and prioritization performance.
· Comfortable with engaging at a senior management level.
· Experience in a leadership role in a cross-functional environment.
Essential Functions:
· Provides a business/ROI centric focus consistently across all business entities.
· Develop processes for managing customer requirements internally.
· Provide internal coordination for contract management.
· Provide business guidance to Strategic Supplier Management.
· Provide cross functional coordination of tactical, project related activities.
· Manage internal coordination of our AGS Programs QBR process.
· Perform AGS Program Business Reviews
· Manage the ROI Analysis process.
· Perform AGS Program Services Performance Assessment
· Provide product assessment and direction in accordance with market trends.
· Track Key Performance Indicators within each AGS Program business entity.
· Help to advance the effectiveness of the “AGS Experience” from a AGS Program pespective.
· Other duties as assigned.
