The Level III Field Service Technician/Engineer will troubleshoot, address qualification issues, and have full ability to manipulate tool manually for all functions, in addition to wafer recovery. The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate and manipulate the tool manually in order to perform routine PMs, and run automatic sequences to verify functionality of the system.
The Technician/Engineer must be OEM trained on the specified toolset. They will be a System Expert and have the ability to train Junior Techs on the system. A Level III FSE has the ability to work on more than one system at a time, without supervision, in addition to, the ability to perform as a Shift Lead. The FSE will have very intimate and detailed knowledge of the specified system and will have four or more years of tool specific experience.
Required Skills for this Senior Equipment Technician/Field Service Engineer position includes, but are not limited to the following:
Certified Level III/IV OEM trained Field Service Technician/Engineer (must be level 3 certified, which includes sustaining and preventative maintenance, post maintenance quals, and other specific tool training, such as RF and High Voltage training etc, Lock out, tag out training and COHE)
