Our New Business Development Sales Executives are independent contractors who develop strategic relationships with clients to create, build, and further their individual book of business. Selling primarily to your existing accounts means you spend more time with strategic account planning and less time cold calling or on the road. You will also be provided leads from us in your area to expand your existing book of business. You will enjoy a competitive commission structure, and you will be able to work out of your office with your own resources.
We're looking for top sales talent who are driven, have passion for connecting with customers and have a proven track record of high performance and solution-based sales strategies.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with clients and provide training on our products and technology to maximize results through creative sales strategies and account prospecting.
• Plan territory routes to maximize sales outcomes.
• Prioritize and manage multiple relationships and responsibilities.
• Resolve client issues and act as a liaison with the client and the company.
• Draft New Business Sales Proposals
• Close the Sale on New Business prospects
Knowledge and Skills:
Essential:
• Recent business-to-business sales experience; two to five years of outside sales experience, including a proven ability to effectively manage strategic priorities with routine execution of tactical sales responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills; Strong PC skills (MS Office).
• “Pursuit” mentality with strong perseverance and experience in closing sales.
• Willingness to maintain a local home office and travel for client engagements for future career advancement opportunities.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years experience in either Property/Casualty, and or Workers Compensation risk, insurance, and or Account Management of clients.
• 2-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in closing sales in any industries.
Company will provide any additional training and an aggressive commission only based pay plan for the right candidates.
