FUNCTION
My client, a premier distributor/manufacturer of high quality building products has an opportunity available on their leadership team for a Marketing Manager. This is a highly visible position.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess:
- At least three to four years of marketing experience in a distribution, retail or catalog mail order environment.
- Knowledge of merchandising; retail packaging and display a plus.
- Knowledge of plumbing products and industry preferred. Knowledge of hardware, electrical, and HVAC product a plus.
- Demonstrated sound decision making, problem solving, and ability to react quickly under pressure.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required such as VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE. Proficiency with Microsoft Access is desirable.
- Creative mind a long with strong, creative writing skills.
