Energy Commission Specialist I (FO, EFF)
The Energy Commission Specialist I is characterized by incumbents performing more complex, sensitive, and responsible energy-related work in the areas of Forecasting and Efficiency. The work at this level requires on a regular basis a high level of knowledge, skill, and ability. Incumbents usually possess technical expertise in one or more energy-related fields.
