Production Control Manager

Production Control Manager, Elgin, IL

The Production Control Manager is to direct the workflow through the plant.

Accountable for supporting continuous improvement of the plant as a whole.

Train and develop all departmental personnel.

Oversee production control associates.

Maintain flow of work and schedule labor.

Work with sample department / scheduling.

Communicate any special needs with off-shift general foreman.

Work with sales to keep accurate levels on all min/max stocking programs. Report

quarterly to plant manager and President on all min/max customer levels.

Must have manufacturing or fabrication background.

Must have a degree Required

Experience 1-3 years.
