Manage the flow of samples through the plant through

various processes and ensure the quality of outgoing product.

Schedule sample production with all departments.

Perform QC inspections for First Article samples

Enter sample orders. A PO must accompany sample order before it can be

entered.

Program/use of Romidot and CMM.

Use of metrology devices including: caliper, micrometer, gauge blocks & pins,

surface plate & height gauge, dial indicators, mil thickness meter, colorimeter, gloss

meter, length gauges (digital & manual), protractor.

Complete customer PPAP and CAP FAIR documentation.

Develop tooling and fab quotes with tool room.

Must have manufacturing or fabrication background.

Must have a degree Required

Experience 1-3 years
