Business Development Director
Celebros Inc (www.celebros.com) develops and sells integrated e-commerce sales and marketing solutions designed to meet the needs of online retailers.
Celebros is looking for a Business development director to manage our partners in the US - a bright, ambitious and dedicated individual, coming from the eCommerce or software markets, who is excited by the challenge of expanding the US market presence of the most comprehensive in-store search and merchandizing solutions.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
§ Channel Development: Develop and maintain robust distribution channels.
§ Identify opportunities that deliver immediate business value for our existing and potential partners.
§ Be involved in the pre-sales and sales efforts of partners, delivering general and technical presentations.
The Business development director will be a member of Celebros’ management team.
Personal:
§ Customer and Business oriented- able to analyze market information.
§ Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
§ Excellent presentation skills
§ Project management experience with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
§ Must have a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. Tenacity, Passion, Persistence, and Integrity are all strongly desired qualities.
Experience Required
§ The individual should have experience in the eCommerce market or alternatively the Software market.
§ At least 5 years in Managing channels.
§ 2-4 Years Experience at Director or Manager Level, managing at least 5-7 channels in the US market.
§ Experience working with clients, direct and indirect sales model.
§ Bachelor of Science in business or technical discipline
§ Collaboration: Work effectively with Client Management, Support, Finance and Marketing.
§ Management: Work with the CEO and the rest of the Management team.
