 Channel Development: Develop and maintain robust distribution channels.
 Identify opportunities that deliver immediate business value for our existing and potential partners.

Personal:
 Customer and Business oriented- able to analyze market information.
 Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
 Excellent presentation skills
 Project management experience with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 Must have a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. Tenacity, Passion, Persistence, and Integrity are all strongly desired qualities.
 
Experience Required
 The individual should have experience in the eCommerce market or alternatively the Software market.
 At least 5 years in Managing channels.
 2-4 Years Experience at Director or Manager Level, managing at least 5-7 channels in the US market.
 Experience working with clients, direct and indirect sales model.
 Bachelor of Science in business or technical discipline
 
 Collaboration: Work effectively with Client Management, Support, Finance and Marketing.
 Management: Work with the CEO and the rest of the Management team.
 
Travel required: Yes
