Plans, organizes, and conducts speech therapy program to facilitate rehabilitation of patients/residents following illness, disease or injury.

Education
 
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a masters degree in speech language pathology and valid certificate of clinical competence (CCC), or completing clinical fellowship (CF); Currently licensed to practice in state if required.
 
Physical Demands
 
Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Walking, standing, bending, stooping and sitting for extended periods. Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use insight when utilizing applicable tests and equipment.
 
Travel
 
May accompany a resident to an appointment or home assessment, assist at other centers and/or attend company sponsored meetings.

Residents and other therapy staff as well as the center staff in general.
