Job Summary
This position is accountable for day to day management of the activities of the Rehabilitation Department to assure proper utilization of available resources and continuous quality improvement. The director will be responsible for overseeing the development of the Rehabilitation Department, the coordination of therapy services and the integration with other departments.

Position Requirements
Education
Current State Licensed PT,OT, or SLP
Physical Demands
Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Walking, standing, bending, stooping and sitting for extended periods. Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use insight when utilizing applicable tests and equipment.
Travel
May accompany a resident to an appointment or home assessment, assist at other centers and/or attend company sponsored meetings.
