Lighthouse Business Solutions is seeking individual for management training program immediately.
Potential Candidate will possess:
- Strong Communication Skills and Professional demeanor
- Leadership quality/ experience
- Minimum of Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Desire to learn industry
This position involved intense training in the following areas:
- Sales and Direct Marketing
- Territory Management
- Demographic Tracking
- HR- qualifying, prescreen, interviewing and training
- Budgeting
- Maintaining positive public presence
Our ideal candidate will be able to interview this week and start within 1 week.
This position if for management training – the right candidate will be trained to run a sales and marketing staff.
