Onestop is actively seeking an energetic, clever and gifted Executive Assistant to the CEO.
The Position
The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of administrative support to the CEO. This will include maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments, answering phones, maintaining files, and reviewing all e-mails to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for creating letters and memos, managing logistics for meetings and events and supporting other projects as assigned. This person will also manage confidential information and work closely with internal staff members and external customers as required.
