Fracserve America has a great opportunity for an experienced /Service Manager/Foreman at our Indiana, PA location. It is a high energy, fast-paced work environment requiring an individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple jobs. You will identify customer needs and provide the highest quality of service and standards to meet these needs. In addition, you will: 

 

 •Answer phone lines and assist customers with their inquiries 

 •Support all opportunities to increase sales and develop the business of Fracserve while supporting effective cost management 

 •Actively promote and arrange services, and support customers throughout their contact with the Company 

 •Be responsible for and carry out the prompt, accurate completion of invoicing, and operational reports 

 

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

 •High school diploma or the equivalent 

 •Experience in an oilfield environment, an asset but not required 

 •Minimum of 2 years experience in shop supervisor/foreman

 •Exceptional customer service skills 

 •Strong teambuilding skills 

 •Good interpersonal and communication skills 

 •Good organizational skills 

 •Results oriented 

 •Computer literacy in a Windows environment
