Temp to Hire Position
14.00-18.00 Hourly DOE

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a Janitorial/Commercial Maintenance professional to respond to service calls for lighting, plumbing and general maintenance issues. Provide excellent customer service to tenants. Assist mechanical and other contractors, and evaluate and report to the supervisor the need for appropriate contractors for repair. Additionally, provide Janitorial duties on a daily basis.

Required Skills for this Janitorial/Commercial Maintenance position includes the following:

Competent in OSHA job site safety requirements.

Valid license and clean driving record.

High school graduate.

Excellent attendance record at prior employment.

Good written, verbal and listening communication skills.

Excellent grooming and hygiene habits that are consistent with office environment guidelines.

Trade school, mechanical engineering industrial technology training desirable.
