Realm Technologies Service Partners play a vital role in providing superior, hardware-focused, technology field service support to both residential and commercial customers of major PC manufacturers.
The best Hardware Field Technicians are independent self-starters, who have the drive, technical aptitude, and interpersonal skills to perform component-level, hardware repair in a manner that exceeds the customer's expectations and solves their problems quickly and effectively. This is an entry-level technical opportunity to become part of a dedicated team of professionals as a Realm Technologies Service Partner.
Our part-time employees perform PC (laptop and desktop) service calls during the day. Calls are typically conducted Monday through Friday during general business hours. Our field techs work directly with the customer to schedule the service call.
Our talented service partners should have:
Knowledge of IBM, Dell & SONY computer equipment
Must have an A+ Certification (or obtain one within 90 days after employment)
Vehicle w/ registration & insurance
Knowledge of/Experience in PC/Laptop repair
Ability to travel to customer location
Ability to lift and, or move various computer equipment
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and initiate action.
Must be able to pass criminal background, driving investigation, and a drug screen
