A Newly created position based within the Corporate HR the OD Manager is likely to posses at least 5 years specialist OD experience in addition to 10 years + HR L&D or operational exposure.
Comfortable working within a highly entrepreneurial fast paced and performance driven environment the OD manager will have prior experience, ideally within a complex blue chip company, of the following areas:
Change Management (concepts, tools, methods)
Performance Improvement
Employee Engagement
Workforce Planning
Job Design & Redesign (including Job Analysis & Evaluation)
Business Process Mapping
Culture & Team-based interventions & facilitation
Performance Management
Talent & Succession Management
Leadership Development including hands-on facilitation (delivery & coaching)
Assessment & Development Centres
Used to influencing at the highest levels and able to demonstrate a real passion for organizational development and the critical role it plays within a successful company the OD manager will also need to show cross-cultural awareness and will ideally be already be operating within a culturally diverse company with International operations.
Successful candidates will need to be degree qualified and ideally hold post gradate qualifications such as an MBA or Masters degree in addition to professional memberships such as CIPD or SHRM.
