Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a seasoned CPA for an exciting opportunity in the Tri-Cities area. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of Public Accounting experience and the desire for growth into a management position.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing and preparing financial statements and prepare financial reports.

Budget management and profit planning.

Advise clients on complex transactions involving all matters pertaining to general accounting and auditing.

Implement financial risk assessment.

Provide direction on compliance issues.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff members.

Required Skills for this CPA position includes the following:

5+ years work related experience.

Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements.

Genuine interest in serving as an advisor to clients.

Willingness to work long hours (approximately 60 per week).

Strong analytical and communication skills.
