Volt Technical Resources is searching for an expert to assist in ColdFusion and Flex enterprise web development, working on award winning sites, including support of over 100,000 pages and 1500+ products. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Web Developer to join a team in the design of over a 14,000+ page corporate site incorporating the latest features in search, custom landing page development, social networking, and content management. Our client uses an agile development methodology and has an open workspace fostering a collaborative environment.

The Senior ColdFusion/Flex Developer will be responsible for web application development of interactive, dynamic sites leveraging the latest development methodologies in ColdFusion, Flex, and Action Script. Projects include developing marketing automation tools, enterprise reporting tools, product support portals, and a complete redesign of a large enterprise site. As part of a large web development team, the Developer will be responsible for architecture, component development, code development, and integration and test on large projects.

Required Skills for this Senior ColdFusion/Flex Developer position includes the following:

4 years experience in ColdFusion application development including use of Object Oriented design practices.

1 year experience producing web sites with advanced technologies, including Flex and Action Script.

Proven expertise in web applications development, database development, site layout and design, creation of reporting and content sites, and advanced development in Java or ColdFusion.

Capable of demonstrating work and code samples from multiple projects.

Able to produce high quality web applications in a fast-paced environment.

Familiar with test driven.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Macromedia ColdFusion MX certification a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers to determine needs and requirements.

Highly motivated and self-directed.
