Regional Commercial Specialist
Position Objective:
Regional ownership and direction of the Mainstreet Commercial brands (Philadelphia Commercial and Queen Commercial) as part of the Residential Division.
Essential Duties:
1. Accountable for regional commercial net sales growth, contribution dollar growth and sample expense.
2. Account responsibility for the “pure” commercial accounts in his/her region.
3. Accountable for the commercial sales growth of territory.
4. Support the Regional Manager in continuous coaching and development of Retail Territory Managers.
5. Execution of the corporate, divisional and regional contract initiatives.
6. Develop deep understanding of Philadelphia Commercial/Queen Commercial’s multiple customer types including Dealer, End Use, and A&D
7. Lead product knowledge training related to Philadelphia Commercial and Queen Commercial brands
8. Continuously build and develop relationships with key commercial customers, end users and A&D firms.
Requirements:
A high-school diploma is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred. 2+ years of previous flooring sales experience is also required.
