Temp to Hire Position - Milwaukie, OR

A top financial services firm is in need of Professional Collections Representatives to join their energetic team. The Representative's primary focus will be collecting on delinquent medical bills. This position will be responsible for answering customer questions and verifying billing information, so exceptional customer service skills will be necessary. This is a call center environment and calls are made using an autodialer.

Required Skills for this Collections Representative position include the following:

6+ months (preferably 1 year) of consumer collections exposure.

Experience using an autodialer is highly preferred.

Knowledge of collections, specifically medical collections, is favorable.
