Member Support Associate
Our firm is a membership organization that hosts meetings for healthcare providers in the U.S. As Member Support Associate your role involves interacting with clients as well coordinating, prioritizing and execution the production related to our off-site member meetings.
· Experienced with MS Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint .
· Must be extremely detail oriented. Good proof reader.
· Excellent phone manner, poised and professional.
· Self-starter, ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to stand for long periods of time.
· Manage inventory and shipping/receiving.
