Financial Marketing Coordinator

Midtown Asset Management Firm seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the following:

Consultant/Client Relations:

• In charge of running and entering monthly and quarterly firm/portfolio data and inputting information into firm's databases.
• Acts as a point person for consultants needing firm, client, and product data
• Manages consultant databases
• Completes consultant requested client reports
• Prepares/completes monthly and quarterly due diligence reports
• Writes, runs, and interprets Factset reports
• Works directly with client service representatives in providing reports to clients
• Handles calls regarding requests for firm/product information
• Assists in gathering information for our quarterly newsletter
• Writes monthly and quarterly client reports
• Puts together portfolio return analysis reports

RFPs: Writes, assembles and coordinates review of Company sales proposals.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• In charge of all aspects of completing Requests for Proposal (RFP) completion and tracking.
• Assures submitted proposal exactly meets the configuration and content requirements of the RFP.
• Prepares draft and final sales proposals.
• Coordinates all aspects of proposal and assembles responses into a seamlessly integrated document.
• Works with subject matter experts to develop textual material for proposals.
• Coordinates with compliance, administration, operations, and research for RFP inputs
• Proofreads and edits final proposal text and graphics.
• Responsible for proposal RFP database
• Maintains generic investment marketing materials
• Completes/updates questionnaires providing data about the company to consultants, and prospective clients.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, as well as 2 years professional experience in either investment management or marketing communications. He/She will also have excellent quantitative, writing and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
