Temp to Hire Position

The Microscope Soldering Specialist will contribute to the achievement of key process indicators in the categories of delivery, safety, quality, and cost for a diversified manufacturer of engineered industrial products. The Specialist will work in a clean-room production environment running high reliability and high quality microelectronics assembly under a microscope, performing manual and automated electrical tests, and interpret engineering drawings. Our Client's Redmond site is a Lean Manufacturing Cell environment and the Microscope Soldering Specialist will work in a team based cellular environment.

Required Skills for this Microscope Soldering Specialist position includes the following:

2+ years Microelectronics assembly experience.

Microscope, hand soldering and component placement experience.

Demonstrated ability to conduct test operations using automated equipment.

Experience working in a team based cellular manufacturing environment.

Basic computer skills on Microsoft operating system (Windows), Word and Excel.

Outstanding communication skills.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
