3+ Month Contract Position
Volt is looking for highly motivated and detail orientated Administrative Professionals who can perform routine administrative tasks for a Manager and/or department. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements and distributing mail. The Administrative Assistant will produce routine documents and reports using word processing and spreadsheet software and may be answering/directing phone calls and taking messages as needed. Ideal candidates will be proficient in data entry.
Required Skills for this Administrative Assistant position includes the following:
2-3 years Administrative Assistant experience.
Receptionist experience.
Calendar maintenance experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Data Entry skills of at least 6000 + KPH with accuracy being key.
