Telecom Order Processing Executive

Position: Telecom Order Processing Location: Orlando, Florida (Groveland / Clermont area) Experience: Telecom Order Processing (Provisioning). Experience in Telecom Dispute Management Resolution and Order Processing with Telecom Company, or Service Provider. Chosen representative will be trained in Telecom Audits and Telecom Expense Management. Any experience in telecom auditing, telephone bill management, and TEM helpful. Retired persons with relevant experience may also apply for full time or part time assignment. Job Description: This role is primarily of Telecom Order Processing and Telephone Dispute Management and Resolution. He/She should be able to meet the SLAs outlined by the client and as per Auditel guidelines. Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure that the assigned targets are in accordance with SLA are met. Ensure quality control for each transaction with predefined parameters. Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis. Candidate must reside in Florida and work in Groveland/Clermont office. No telecommuting possible. Part time employment is available. Strong candidates move into Management with our global company.
