SAP IS Business Process Manager- 13348

Leads a team of business process and system analysts in implementing and sustaining enterprise solutions and services to improve business performance for Corporate Compliance, Professional Affairs, Legal and corporate level Regulatory Affairs. Corporate Services Responsibilities include developing strategies and roadmaps to standardize, integrate and implement common IT solutions in support of global business process initiatives. Proactively identifies opportunities to leverage information technology to grow the business and increase efficiency. Will work closely with business leaders from to understand needs, analyze business and technical options and deliver value-creating, cost-effective IT solutions. Coordinate and collaborate on a daily basis with business leaders, Global Information Services department subordinates, peers, and superiors to achieve success.  Responsible for  direct reports and staff to deliver high quality, on budget, within schedule technology enabled global business solutions as a global shared service.

Strong leadership required to developing Global Information Services organization and global shared services. Experience managing a global multi-cultural virtual team of experienced technical staff.  Demonstrated technical matrix organization management experience.  Strong background in successful information technology systems development, systems management, project management and SAP based solution delivery. Strong analytical and process management skills and a broad understanding of group business strategy and operations. Undergraduate college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Industrial Engineering or similar degree. Postgraduate college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems Management desirable. 7-10 years experience in an Information Technology related capacity with 3- 5 years at the management level required.  Minimum of 5 years experience working with designated processes, business or IT-side, required.  Proven business analysis and process re-engineering skills required. Strong financial acumen with experience developing business cases highly desirable. Experience leading business transformation initiatives with process, organization and technology changes highly desirable. Multiple full project life cycle IT systems implementations in the Corporate Services space required; SAP and Business Objects required.  Experience managing geographically distributed teams is preferred. Consulting experience is a plus. PMP or Six Sigma preferred.
