Global IT Finance Director- 13278

Manages and leads a global team of business process and system analysts in implementing and sustaining enterprise Human Capital solutions and services to improve business performance. Global responsibility for business processes and supporting systems for all aspects of Finance.  Responsibilities include developing strategies and roadmaps to standardize, integrate and implement common information technology solutions in support of global business process initiatives. Coordinate solutions across cross-functional areas and impact enterprise information systems.

10-15 years experience in a Global Information Technology related capacity with 5+ at the management level required.  Proven business analysis and process re-engineering skills required along with financial acumen developing business cases. Experience leading business transformation initiatives with process, organization and technology changes and multiple full project life cycle IT systems implementations in Data Warehousing or Human Capital required; SAP ERP , FICO and Business Objects knowledge required.  Advanced degree and PMP or Six Sigma preferred.
