CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO MEMPHIS, TN

Full time onsite project to act as liaison between application developers and business community to define business and system requirements. Conducts user interviews, prepares current/ proposed system flow diagrams, and prepares functional specification documentation, etc. including testing, training, and support documents. Assists with system test plans, cases, and scenarios. Conducts system testing; works with development team and end user through resolution/ implementation. Also assists project management team in planning tasks and deliverables according to business priorities and project schedule.

Business Analyst with proven experience in IT projects and WMS Red Prairie implementations.  Requires strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive under pressure, Equivalent of a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ Business and 2-5+ years progressively responsible, related experience, including knowledge of systems development methodologies. Strong detail orientation and ability to apply the principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Excellent planning, organizing, leadership/ project management, presentation, and time and meeting management skills. Able to interact effectively across organization/ diverse cultures, and communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively. Knowledge/ experience with Quality Assurance/ Testing.
