Corporate Tax Manager, Atlanta, GA to $100K

 Atlanta based corporation with headquarters in North Atlanta has opening for Corporate Tax Manager. This position will manage the preparation of consolidated federal and state income tax returns as well as project work involving M&A and international tax. Position will report to the Tax Director and also manage SOX documentation & processes for tax compliance functions. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. CPA with solid public accounting tax foundation preferred.
